Read Contacts
To create shortcuts this application needs to know the phone number of contact. For user convenience this application reads the system contacts and shows the list of contacts to the user. Here user can pick the contact in which he wants to create a shortcut.
For enabling this feature user needs to grant android.permission.READ_CONTACTS this permission.
Make Call
The core functionality of this application is making a phone call outside of typical phone or system application. Speed Dial app to make call user needs to grant android.permission.CALL_PHONE this permission.
